Amou Haji- World's Dirtiest Man

Man usually take everyday bath to get rid of dirt and dust the body. Bathing is a daily routine and an unavoidable part of a human life. But there is a man named "Amou Haji" who hasn't bathed for 60 years and is considered to be the Dirtiest man in the world.

Amou Haji is an 80- year old Iranian, who lives in isolation in Dejgah village in the Southern Iranian province of Fars who not even took a single bath for the past 60 years.

Amou took this extreme lifestyle after suffering emotional setbacks in his youth.

Amou Haji's color became similar to the color of Earth. When he sits without moving it will be difficult to find him because due to the color he looks like a rock. 

For Haji, Earth is his home. Sometimes he lives in a hole in the ground, much like a grave. Sometimes he sleeps in an open brick shack that the villagers constructed for him out of pity. 

Haji doesn't like fresh food and clean drinking water. He prefers his favorite meal of rotten porcupine meat. He drinks 5 liters of water from a large rusty oil can in a day for health purposes. He fill his smoking pipe with animal feces(droppings) instead of tobacco. 

If he wants to cut his hair he doesn’t use clippers instead he just burns it off over an open flame. 

During the winter, he uses an old war helmet to keeps his head warm and for wearing he uses rags. 

Amou Haji is a happier person than many other people in the world who live in 

large homes with comforts and conveniences because "HAJI HAS NOTHING TO LOSE AND NOTHING TO FEAR."

Amou Haji claims to have beaten the record of a 66-year old Indian man named Kailash Singh who had not taken bath for over 38 years.
